I checked the federal rules myself (38 CFR § 14.636) — my 20% fee is exactly the rate the VA presumes reasonable, well under the 33.3% legal maximum some representatives charge. In return, all I ask is that you tell other veterans about me when they need help too.

The VA itself warns veterans about unaccredited "claim sharks" — companies and coaches who aren't recognized by the VA, yet charge veterans thousands of dollars upfront or take an unlawful cut of future benefits. It is illegal for anyone to charge a fee for an initial VA claim. I'm here to look out for you, not to take advantage of you. Always verify any representative through the VA's official accreditation search before you pay anyone or sign anything.
